Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Euvoia offers free shipping on all orders and currently ships orders within the United States only. 

Orders ship within 2-3 business days.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

RETURN POLICY:

At Euvoia, we fully stand behind our products and our customer’s satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund to the original payment method.

If it is within 30 days of delivery, and your product is unopened, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

If it is within 30 days of delivery, and your product is opened and/or used, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

The product must be shipped back to us using the pre-paid shipping label provided. This label will be emailed to you after contacting us with your return information.


Please allow 5 days after your return is received by us for your refund to be processed.

If you purchased our product through a Euvoia distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for a potential return or exchange.

- Email info@euvoia.com

- Provide your order number, what product is being returned, the reason for return, and photo/s of the condition of the product.

- Please allow us 72 hours to respond to move forward with your inquiry.

 

MISSING PACKAGE:

Euvoia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. 

We sympathize with your situation and are happy to help direct you towards a solution, but we cannot guarantee a resolution with the postal carrier. The tracking number can be used by you to locate any missing orders.
