RETURN POLICY:

At Euvoia, we fully stand behind our products and our customer’s satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund to the original payment method.

Our happiness guarantee policy lasts 30 days. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@euvoia.com and send your item to 4774 Park Granada, #8691, Calabasas, California, United States. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

 

MISSING PACKAGE:

Euvoia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. 

We sympathize with your situation and are happy to help direct you towards a solution, but we cannot guarantee a resolution with the postal carrier. The tracking number can be used by you to locate any missing orders.
